You have "protected" a cornstalk and its corncobs throughout the summer months! You have asked your brother nicely, "DO NOT PICK THE CORNCOBS!" Well, last night he felt the temptation and acted upon it and PICKED IT!!! I came home and you both were upset. Your brother was upset that he made you mad, sad and angry! He just wanted to "protect" it from the squirrels ...
